Drawing has been of my great interest since I was a little girl. As time passed, I started to experiment with oil painting, when I discovered my passion. I identified myself within the impressionist school where figurative art gives life to my work through light and shadow contrasts.

Throughout my work, I have experimented with colour in different ways, from a saturated palette until discovering my style within the use of chromatic harmonies.

Great impressionist artists like Monet and Degas are my influence as well as Sorolla's illuminism, but also contemporary artists such as Hángel Montero and Vladimir Volegov.

Lately, my inspiration comes from nature, natural light and femininity. My colour quest and work have driven me on a discovery and experimentation path where I feel my evolution in expressing ideas while trying to capture the beauty of simple moments on my canvases.
